Expand and deepen your practice, learning from experts in the wellness, and movement field, gaining 300 hours of practice, history, reflection, and learning. Recieve certification to teach all the classes we offer here at The Practice including The Flow, The Presence, The Restore, The Practice.

Components

Weekend Workshops

The training will include 5 weekend workshops of 10 - 12 hours of training each. These are mandatory to attend in studio and can be seen on the schedule below. These weekends will include movement, workshops, special guest instructors and more!

Live Learning Calls

There will be a schedule of live learning calls and / or Q&A. These calls are mandatory and will be recorded for re-watch!

Virtual Modules

The virtual modules will incorporate the majority of learning including videos, reading, demonstration videos, journal prompts, discussions and assignments. These will be hosted on a private website platform for all participants.

Practicum

40 hours of personal practice (10 hours of each core class type)

20 practice teaching classes, instructing, facilitating (5 of each core class type)

Scholarship Form

As per our Anti-racism action items & plan, we are commited to making The Practice and all of its programs accessible for everyone. We are honoured to be accepting applications for a full scholarship (1) to our Movement Teacher Training for members of our community who have been historically marginalized. We've also opened up one partial scholarship to address financial instability that our community is currently experiencing.
