We offer group movement classes in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. You'll find yoga-based,  barre, and pilates based practices, meditation and mindfulness classes, and somatic based movement classes. Our classes aim to offer support for the body and a shift in the mind.

You’ll notice we employ a focus on breath. These techniques can help improve lung capacity and overall cardiovascular health. The breath is the tool to connect the body and the mind, and strengthening this connection will reduce stress and anxiety levels, as they help calm the mind and reduce feelings of tension and overwhelm.
